Delete Your RoofersEdge Account
You can request deletion of your RoofersEdge account and data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do it and what happens to your data.
Account deletion: how to request deletion
In the app
Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm to delete your account. For deletion of all associated business data and subscription cancellation, send the email request described below.
Email us
Request deletion of your account, all associated business data and cancellation of your subscription by emailing roofersedge99@gmail.com from the email address on your RoofersEdge account. We will confirm and process your request within 3 business days.
Data deletion without deleting your account
You can request deletion of specific RoofersEdge business data while keeping your account. No login is required to read these instructions or send a request.
- Email roofersedge99@gmail.com from the email address on your RoofersEdge account, with the subject “RoofersEdge data deletion request”.
- Specify the customers or leads, projects, estimates, contracts, invoices, appointments, photos or uploaded files you want removed. Do not include your password or payment-card details.
- We will confirm and process your request within 3 business days.
Only the requested data is deleted; your account, other business data and subscription remain unchanged. The billing-record and security-log retention periods below still apply.
What gets deleted when your account-deletion request is processed
- Your account and login credentials
- All business data: customers and leads, projects, estimates, contracts, invoices, appointments, and photos and files you uploaded
- Your subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period (no further charges)
What we retain briefly (then delete)
- Basic billing records required by tax law, kept for up to 7 years (payment amounts and dates only — no RoofersEdge business data)
- Server logs kept up to 90 days for security
